Why
The current educational practices for commercial pilots are dated; feedback is still given in word and paper while digitalization is the norm. This results in incomplete subjective information causing key moments to get lost in the process. For students, the spoken and written feedback makes it harder to visualize their performance, complicating the act of learning.
