VRef Solutions is founded by two commercial pilots, specialized in aviation training and IT. We have experienced firsthand the need for more optimized forms of education and created VRef Solutions as an answer.  

 
 
 
 
 

Jacir Soares de Brito

Besides working as a commercial pilot and instructor on the 777/787, Jacir has almost a decade of experience as (chief)instructor at a flight academy. Using his enthusiasm and energy, he assists pilots in achieving their full potential. Next to helping with the development of technical skills, he founded a coaching company to improve soft skills among aviators. Jacir’s interpersonal skills, accurate approach and perseverance help him not only to bring out the best in others, but also enables team effectiveness to achieve great results.

 
 

Fabian Bleeksma

Before starting his career as a commercial pilot on the Airbus, Fabian was involved in the development of software applications for different multinationals. Building on a degree in business administration, he spent the last six years refining his technical IT skills. Currently he is working on creative solutions for the aviation sector, combining his passion for flying with his technical knowledge. His energy and drive make him enjoy taking on challenges and working for the best possible result. Giving up is not possible.
